A slightly peated whisky with green flavors like pear, mint and forest herbs. Hakushu is truly a gem from the forests at the southern alps of Japan.
Hibiki
choice of serving – neat, on the rocks or highball
“Hibiki” means harmony in Japanese, is rich, thick and syrupy. It mirrors flavors of vanilla, honey, citrus. All that make Hibiki a classic blend.

Suntory’s grain whisky. This flagship release is aged in a combination of wine, sherry and bourbon casks. This is a light whisky with subtle notes of mint, honey and wood spice.
Kakubin
choice of serving – neat, on the rocks or highball
Japan’s most popular whisky for highball. Kakubin will remind you of Izakayas in Japan. Rounded, sweet, with maple syrup-like aroma.
Cocktails
Grapefruit Martini
grapefruit infused soju, vodka, orange bitters
It only takes 3 gulps and you can’t resist to get another. In this edition, we infused grapefruit to give it a fruitier, richer, citrus touch. Stirred, not shaken is our preferred style.
Old Fashioned
whisky, citrus, angostura bitters
A cocktail made by sugar with bitters, followed by good quality whisky and finished with a twist of citrus rind. One of the oldest and earliest cocktails ever curated yet remains popular until today. By the time it made into the bar handbook for the first time in 1888, it was already “old fashioned”.
Aperol Spritz
aperol, sauvignon blanc, tonic
An Italian aperitif cocktail widely known as a pre dinner drink to stimulate one’s appetite. The word “ spritz” on its own is a generic term linked to the 19th century Austro Hungarian practice of adding a splash (German: Spritz) of water to northern Italian wines.
Peach Sangria
cabernet sauvignon, peach, vodka, herbs
Sangria is an alcoholic beverage from Spain and it literally means “bloodletting” in Spanish. A punch, the sangria traditionally consists of red wine & fruits, often with other ingredients or spirits.
Umeshu Highball
Japanese plum infused sochu, soda
A surpisingly delicious palate cleanser to accompany a hearty meal, for a toasty day – or really for any reason at all.
