Our in-house Passata is slow-cooked for 7 hours, with an added burst of ‘Chili Padi’ and a good amount of garlic, giving off that hot and spicy flavor. Not missing out on the hints of acidity from the long-cooked tomato sauce.

In this Kit: Pappardelle Pasta, Sauce, Garnish (Garlic Chips, Chili Flakes & Chopped Parsley).

Storage Method: Recommended to consume upon receiving. If not, freeze the pasta and sauce; garnishes in the chiller.

To defrost, keep frozen pasta in the chiller for 1 hour; sauce in lukewarm water.

Notes: Discolouration may happen due to oxidation of the pasta if kept in chiller for more than 2 days.
